Z-Detector

Due to the fully integrated architecture, the Z-Detector results in almost loss-free digitized signals, thus significantly reducing the overall image noise. The outstanding electronic noise performance of the Z-Detector reveals that optimal signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and the image quality, utilizing 34,560 elements and a 0.55 mm individual element size.

KARL 3D Iterative De-Noising Technique significantly reduces radiation dose. KARL 3D employs a generalized gradient descent iterative denoising technique in both the projection space and image space. Using the unique KARL 3D Iterative Reconstruction Technology, the radiation dose is reduced substantially without sacrificing image quality
